THG just presented an article about the new Nvida GFX Card.

That thing should rule LOMAC FC from the GFX point of view, finally. With this card, all settings to HIGH and ON should be no more problem, neither with hi resolution nor with extended view ranges.

 

Hopefully BS will NOT require such a card to be played in an acceptable way.

 

 

Looking forward to some screenes from lucky G80 useres.

Too bad there's no games to Utilize Dx10....

 

The most compelling thing to me is that Nvidia seems to have taken the Image Quality thrown now... I hope the ATI R600 is a credible response

 

Edit... I dont care what their metrics are... Seeing 90fps next to a 16x12 LOMAC benchmark looks F-ing awesome :thumbsup:

I would be interested in a comparison uf min. FPS

 

I dont care about 60 or 90 FPS max. Min FPS over cities is interesting and i bet they will be the same low numbers as on the other cards because these situations are CPU-limited anyway (Only core2duo will help though)

I know... Im giving them the benefit of the doubt though... I'm certain they didn't loiter over a city at the time they took their average (another assumption) ... I'm just very impressed at this card, and anything with LOMAC helps!
