Customizable cargo weight Hotfix for 1.5 & 2.0

Not really sure where I should post this.

 

You've probably noticed some of the new cargo weights are locked in 1.5 and 2.0

 

I've edited the minMass value of those and you can now set the weight using the ingame slider.
