pocketokun Posted November 14, 2006 Author Posted November 14, 2006 is this for all games or just LO:MAC... because i cant make it work with any game... or not even calibrate the joystick.... throttle works perfectly tho
S77th-konkussion Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 Ahhh well that is different. Tell me- if you go into windows control panel- can you see it? Does the stick react to inputs on the test screen? Assuming we get this working- that page is LOMAC specific, but MAY be applicable to other games too. You'll need to do the set-up to have it work properly in lomac. [sIGPIC]http://forums.eagle.ru/attachment.php?attachmentid=43337&d=1287169113[/sIGPIC]
ED Team Groove Posted November 18, 2006 ED Team Posted November 18, 2006 1st: Konkussion - thx for your awesome Saitek site. Even when i knew many of the stuff already i learned again some new stuff. But i have a weird problem right now. I can load the profiles i save. I mean by right-clicking the Joystick Icon in the tray and then selecting my profile. It wont turn green but instead im getting a strange error message which is telling me that my file dont have a profile for this device. Any ideas ? S77th-konkussion Posted November 18, 2006 Posted November 18, 2006 OK- then the profiles are definitely not loading. The thing that hits me first is perhaps the "magic mouse & keyboard" failed to install correctly. I have seen a few people- not knowing what those were -clicked NO when prompted to install them- as they do sound.. odd. They are required for the profiles to work, however. If you decide to reinstall from the start- Go to windows explorer & get rid of the entire SAITEK folder that will be left over when you uninstall from control panel. Make sure the device is not plugged in and reboot. I throw a couple of other items out here-- Don't plug in stick until prompted to do so.. Plug it into a USB that is on the computer- not a BUS or a keyboard USB slot. Install everything that your disk prompts you to. "Magic mouse" "magic keyboard" are required for use of profiles. Did you get this thing second hand?- Bad disk? Correct disk? Damaged disk? Can you install the stick onto another computer to test?
