Group:isExist() returns true when all units are destroyed

Forgive me for asking but...

 

The DCS scripting engine method of the class Group:isExist() returns true when all Units in that Group are destroyed. Is this normal?

 

Enquiring Group:getUnit(1) returns nil in that case, which is correct.

No its not normal. Its been listed in that known scripting bug thread since the initial post. Likely the coalition.getGroups() returning dead groups is also related.

The right man in the wrong place makes all the difference in the world.
