Little assets for Rescue Helicopter

I like helicopter rescue missions very much:

 

But I miss really little tiny things:

 

- Ambulance truck (with flashing light and sound)

- Firetruck with flashing light and sound

- Military truck with big red cross

- MASH Tent

- a guy yelling and waving when heli get in range (not everybody has a smokegrenade in his pocket.)

- a guy showing with both arms or flags how to hover or give landing aid.

 

Not a real big deal, but the Immersion would increase very much with this.

Excellent idea. We need additional units of all sorts, definitely.
