Lots of "engine startup" and "engine shutdown"

Hi,

 

In the debriefing data, I see a whole lot of engine startup / engine shutdown messages, even though not once I had to do a mid-air restart.

 

I am using a hotas warthog with 0/100/100/10 "slider" as my throttle axis, and 3/100/100/20 as my pitch/roll axis.

 

What am I possibly doing wrong?

Nothing, all is ok.

 

It's just that MiG code uses certain parameters to handle visual and audio effect for the engine.

 

These parameters are wrongly recognized as "engine shutdown" and "startup".

maybe you are fuel starving the engines while doing some flips or flying inverted??

Very noob here but those are my guesses.
