veit Posted November 30, 2006 Posted November 30, 2006 I'm enjoying the x52 fcs atm but one little nuisance is that the detent. Normally, when I'm pushing on the throttle, I like the resistance to know when I'm at max throttle just under afterburner range. However, when pulling back from burners, the detent is harder to feel. So what I find myself doing is pulling back the throttle then pushing forward again to make sure I hit the detent to get max throttle under burner. Does anyone else find they do this or have they found some sort of workaround?
Black_Hawk Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 Nope, I do the same thing. After some flying with the X52 this comes like a reflex action. :smartass: 159th GAR LockOnFiles CAW Team
veit Posted December 1, 2006 Author Posted December 1, 2006 Well it's nice to know I'm not the only one. It's actually not that bad once I tone down the slide resistance.
