Game crash when launching RB24J on exterior pylon

I was playing the OCA mission when I suddenly was attacked by the Migs. I managed to get behind one and when I got tone, suddenly after pressing the release weapon key the game crashed.

I just tested another "home-made" mission and the same happens.

 

Version up to date as for 30/4/17
