Civilian in DCS 2

My brother is a Civilian but has occasion to go to the NTTR for extended periods. He's not allowed to take pictures (can't even carry his phone when there). I can find the area he is in on Google Earth. He always says that he's the one flipping me the bird. What I'd like to do is:

Make a BMP of him in civilian clothing flipping me the bird and then blow him up with my A10 using mission editor to make the mission.

 

I have DXTBpm but can't find much info on using it or making mods like this. I would consider paying someone to do this if they are not to awful high on price. lol

Me, I'm all for civilians, policemen, firemen...and perhaps zombies :)

Would really open up for a more diverse World. Oh and I'd pay good money for them.
