** Physical Items - In Case of Missing Order! **

Dear All,

 

Unfortunately international shipping comes with pitfalls, and as our first foray into physical merchandise, we were unsure on the exact failure rate. It seems that some customers in distant lands (Australia, West Coast U.S., etc.) are receiving their orders still; however we are now generally operating under the assumption that the orders that have not arrived to customers from the Pre-Order period (December - early February) have gone missing. We've already adjusted for this and made an extra production run last week to make sure we cover all of the gaps.

 

I'd like to ask all of you who have ordered a physical item but have not yet received it, to e-mail me at the following e-mail:

in your subject line, so we can more easily track your 'ticket'.

 

 

If you've already e-mailed us about this issue previously (or posted here) -- please do so again. It will be invaluable in making sure that we catch everyone, and more importantly, don't spend time helping customers who have had their issue resolved.

Once we've received your e-mail, we'll follow up with information on when your replacement items have shipped and your compensation.

got my shirt, but it is sadly a small when i wanted a medium. the wife looks adorable in it, and it beats fiddling with my joystick. the viggen is loads of fun to fly and learn, so job well done.
