stalhuth Posted May 26, 2017 Posted May 26, 2017 Hello I want to migrate the Nevada map from my C hard drive to a new one, is possible to do this just copy all the folder from this hard drive to the other and the game works fine? RYZEN 7 1800X 3.5ghz / 32 DDR4 RAM Crucial / Nvidia 2070 RTX EVGA / Samsung SSD 500 GB / Acer XB270H G-Sync / Trackir 5 / Thrustmaster Hotas Warthog / Oculus CV1
Vlerkies Posted May 29, 2017 Posted May 29, 2017 If its just the instal (programs files bit) I have done it before without issue. You just need to point the launcher or shortcut to the new directory. You will still have some dcs files on the c: drive in saved games folder. Thats all your personal settings and missions and stuff. I just left that there. Safe way. Copy your dcs instal folder to the new drive. Rename your existing dcs folder to something else. Edit the shortcut to point to the new dcs instal on the new drive and test. If it works then all good and you can remove the original on the c drive.
