How to bring in a new model?

I wanted to try my hand at this, and was hoping someone could help or direct me to a link that will help in inserting a 3DStudio Max model into LockOn:FC.

Example: Lets say I model up a new plane that currently is not in lockon FC, and I do it in 3d Studio Max. What do I have to do to put it in place of the F15 or SU-27 or 33?

 

Edit: Nevermind; I was helped already and it was easier than I could have imagined to insert overtop and existing lom.
