Messed up water textures since june 2nd update

Since the update, my water looks like this:

have no idea what can be causing that buddy, sorry, but I'm also experiencing some slight shimmering (not the normal one in the trees and such) at certain distance...very similar to the moire effect since the last update. It might be related somehow.
