Ramstein Posted June 8, 2017 Posted June 8, 2017 (edited) Win10 Drivers: as you know Saitek sold their business 2x in the last couple of years http://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/x52-pro-space-flight-simulator-controller/downloads# Logitech runs it and handles new software and drivers.. I found they made new software and drivers for one of the Saitek sticks I own, the Saitek X52 Pro. it is an WHQL version for Windows 10. I am trying it, it was a pain to install, as their directions are horrible and the setup wasn't click and play, I had to dig into the separate files to find certain files in exe and zips. I would suggest not messing with the latest drivers and software build sunless you absolutely need them. I am still testing mine, and have not got much tested yet. While I Have had my Saitek stick for 10 years, it is worn and not al problems are software, a lot of worn buttons. The last Win10 drivers Saitek made a couple of years ago were not signed by Microsoft, so one had to go around the signed drivers check, for them to install. Supposedly Logitech did it properly, but I am not ready to say all is well with their acquisition of Saitek HOTAS sticks. IMHO ======= the drivers and software are in the same download, but I had to go into the folders and take each one out separately... the drivers are Version: 8.0.121.0 the software for profiles is Version: 8.0.131.0 (no matter what the Logitech info and download page says, inside the files it says, in text, these are the actual versions). the profile software will appear as a little joystick on your right taskbar. save your profiles from your Saitek install. You can continue using the same profiles, and will just copy these to your new 'c:/user/.../.../.../logitech folder. Logitech only made a new front page with their logo and design for the desktop and taskbar, and used the same profiling creator. :joystick: Edited June 9, 2017 by Ramstein ASUS Strix Z790-H, i9-13900, WartHog HOTAS and MFG Crosswind G.Skill 64 GB Ram, 2TB SSD EVGA Nvidia RTX 2080-TI (trying to hang on for a bit longer) 55" Sony OLED TV, Oculus VR
