51st recruitment!

The 51st are looking to recruit more pilots!

 

As many of you know we are primarily a PVP squadron. Our emphasis is on flying air superiority missions (Events and squad matches) against other PVP squadrons. Most members are based in Western Europe but we also have pilots in the US and Far East. The Su27/33 is our aircraft of choice but we enjoy flying the Korean era jets and of course the iconic Mig21 (see Grudge Match series!). Most members have proficiencies in other aircraft as well such as the A10C, AJ-37 and helis. Naturally once the F18 and F14 are out we wil be assessing their suitability for red aggressor roles

 

Our training program is focused on disciplined flying and maintaining clean comms, tactical formations, mutual support and effective situational awareness.
