vicx Posted August 4, 2017 Posted August 4, 2017 If I want to run a multiplayer Nevada server on second machine at home; do I need to create a second account for it? or can I use my existing account and add a second license of Nevada that will apply to second machine only?
Johnny_Rico Posted August 4, 2017 Posted August 4, 2017 no you need to get another account and buy Neveda again (and some people wonder why there are not as many Neveda servers online ...) Drexx Posted August 4, 2017 Posted August 4, 2017 The other kicker is each server uses around 16 gigs of ram....... I built a mega virtual machine to host many maps and can only host 2 at once ( and on TOP of this, you can only host 1 paid map due to DRM detecting said Virtual Machine, for many Free maps, 1 paid map on a machine at a time.) vicx Posted September 1, 2017 Author Posted September 1, 2017 OK. For modules you can actually have more than one license bound to a SINGLE account and then bind the licences to SEPARATE machines. Easier to manage multiple machines using just one account. For maps this is impossible and I think the only reason I was able to do this with a module was because I was able to transfer a license from Steam to Eagle (and it didn't stop me from adding a module that I already owned).
