PythonOne Posted December 28, 2006 Posted December 28, 2006 how do you set the rotary 1 for the X-52 to maverick zoom and the Su-25T's TV zoom. I believe those keys are just + and -. I think i have an idea to set bands. Correct? But if i set bands, how would it zoom in further. Sorry for my English but if i set it as bands, moving it to one side would make it press the + or - signal once right? Hope you guys know what i'm talking about.
Shaman Posted December 28, 2006 Posted December 28, 2006 No bands are required. Just leave them alone as default axis in SST programming software. Then assign rotary axis as MFD RANGE in Lock On. ..and it will work as Shkval zoom too :) the vertical rotary axis assign to target size.. and you're set. 51PVO Founding member (DEC2007-) 100KIAP Founding member (DEC2018-) :: Shaman aka [100☭] Shamansky tail# 44 or 444 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] 100KIAP Regiment Early Warning & Control officer

Shaman- These function (mapped in axis menu) don't work well at all on the X45. I take it you have this and it works ok? The X45 Zoom axis shakes terribly,- I HAVE to use bands. As for the other axis-the MAV display won't respond at all, and the Shkval won't pick up every #x . For me- it will go 10, 5x, 23x. The 8x will not come up at all unless I neutral the rotary and hit the key. [sIGPIC]http://forums.eagle.ru/attachment.php?attachmentid=43337&d=1287169113[/sIGPIC]
PythonOne Posted December 28, 2006 Author Posted December 28, 2006 thanks but the zoom in doesn't work for mavericks, but the Shkval system is working fine.
PythonOne Posted December 29, 2006 Author Posted December 29, 2006 is there any way to make mavericks work with the MFD zoom?
