Two monitor setup not displaying full options screen

I was trying to set up two monitors and selected such in the graphics options - monitor and MFCD. Now the main DCS screen is only across half of one monitor and the rest of it and the entire other monitor is black. The problem is, when I bring up the options window, it does not come up with the entire window visible and the graphics tab is off to the left of the screen and not visible. This means I cannot select the graphics tab to change back to one monitor configuration. I tried uninstalling DCS and re-installing, but it kept the two monitor configuration. Very frustrated and need help.

The file that controls that is not inside the game folder but is in Saved Games (which is not affected by a reinstall of the sim). Delete, edit or rename, Saved Games\DCS.*version*\Config\Options.lua.
