Thrustmaster T.Flight Hotas X - not all buttons working in DCS

When I try to assign buttons in the GUI, it seems like some buttons are not "supported" or recognized by DCS.

 

 

Button 8

as well as the x/y Axis on the throttle

 

 

But in the Windows game controller settings, those buttons are working.

 

 

Did anybody else experience that problem? Any idea how to get those buttons working in DCS?

 

 

Edit: Oops, found out myself. Stupid mistake from myself (I clicked on the wrong column to assign the buttons). Everything is working fine.

Hi Just bought this Joystick. Did you manage to assign the big button on the throttle I presume its for ru8dder by mine wont assign to anything??

try after clicking on the axis assign button in control setup window

I have this stick and no issues, all is as exptected.

apparently some issue was fixed in todays update, though I did not experience it

 

T.Flight Hotas: user can't assign any command is fixed.

Yes I still cant can assign the button. It used to control the rudder but as the Joystick has the rudder on it I wanted to change the button on the throttle to side trim. But now it doesn't seem to control the rudder it doesn't do anything.
