Can't fire weapons

This doesn't always happen but I randomly get a circle on my radar and I can't fire any weapons. Not missiles or guns. I don't know if I just hit the wrong button in the cockpit or what but it's random.

You most likely activated the police mode, check that the S on the POL button is not lit. This button is on the top row of the PCA.
