AI Gunners on AI Controlled Huey's don't shoot in A2A

After doing testing for this thread:

Turns out side gunners in enemy AI controlled Huey's won't shoot at you if you're in the air.

 

They'll shoot you if you've landed, but not flying.

 

Your gunners however, will happy start firing if ROE is "free fire" as long as the enemy Huey is in range, flying or not.

 

Surely their behaviour should be consistant?
