x52 no roll or throttle issue

My x52 works just fine in training and instant action but as soon as I go into a Campaign I get NO roll or throttle action what so ever. I have NO clue how to fix this. Any help would be appreciated.

Im not sure if this is the case but look at the "gameplay" tab in the options menu and make sure "game flight mode" and " game avionics mode" are disabled.
