Mission 15 - wrong frequency

In the last mission, you're told to contact the fort at 142.000 which is wrong. They'll respond on 142.500.

 

 

Furthermore, if you land at the orange smoke (helipad close to it), nothing will happen. You'll have to take the other heli pad which is further away from the smoke. This is quite puzzling.
