Armament control panel key mapping

I've mapped unique key combos to the up and down for each of the armament control panel switches. The problem I'm having is that the release quantity 10's position command for down doesn't work. Also the release quantity 1's switch runs the release interval 1's switch instead. Is this a known issue?
