Negative Gs and Air Restart

few short questions. grateful for any answers:

 

1) does the air restart work yet? i was doing some inverted flight and barrel rolls and my engine died mid-flight. pressed air restart, and tried several other things, but could never get her started again.

2) is there a time limit for neg-g flight before engine death, or something i need to do to prevent engine failure from negative gs?

3) i also noticed that upon mid-flight engine failure, all control surfaces stopped working after a few seconds, not allowing for any controlled ditching. is there emergency hydraulics or some way to save the jet?
