neilesmith Posted December 28, 2017 Posted December 28, 2017 I have setup a mission to refuel using the KC-130 but it never trails a hose for me. I get into pre contact & press F1 & get the reply return pre contact. What am I missing?
Dave317 Posted December 28, 2017 Posted December 28, 2017 Try getting closer and then ask for pre contact. It seems you need to quite close with the KC130.

Once you in in the correct position, the tanker should say clear to contact and the hose extend. I thought that but even with my nose close enough for a basket same result. All the videos I've seen the hoses are out before the receiver is anywhere near so I'm baffled.
