Pitbuilder request: All toggles/rotaries available as absolute value vs incremental.

Another request I have as a pitbuilder, is that all toggles and rotary switches are exposed in the LUA as absolute values vs incremental. For example, Instead of simply being "increment/decrement rotary X" it would be exposed as "Rotary X Pos 1, Rotary X Pos 2, Rotary X Pos 3, etc." This obviously would not apply to potentiometer or encoder outputs.
