HungaroJET Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 OT: Cel phones? Yeah...that's just a microwave RF risk I choose to stay away from. There probably won't be much evidence of them causing cellular damage though. The people using them constantly are likely to die in car accidents long before they develop brain tumors. brain tumors...good to hear it...coz i totally agree with U...i prefer traditional phone too but at the other side i have two cel/mobile phones (different provider) which im using rarely (mayB 5 minutes/day)...only if necessary moreover...im leaving kitchen / not being front of the microwave(radar) :)when it works...i dont wanna B a target :D Atop the midnight tarmac, a metal beast awaits. To be flown below the radar, to bring the enemy his fate. HAVE A BANDIT DAY ! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] "When I'm working on a problem, I never think about beauty. I think only how to solve the problem. Guest IguanaKing Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 Yeah...actually, its about as much microwave RF as the leakage between my radar bench's dummy load and the end of the waveguide. But, considering what I'm exposed to on a daily basis, I don't want to add to it. Every time I'm crouched 3 feet away from the antenna of an ATC transponder I'm interrogating, I can't help but wonder how it may affect my future children. I guess it pales in comparison to all of the RF we all receive on a daily basis though.
