Ability to uninstall the Caucasus Map (or any of the free modules for that matter)

With 2.5 being over 80GB big if both NTTR and Caucasus are installed it'd be nice to free the extra ~14 or so GB that Caucasus takes up for those that mostly fly on the other maps. The current Module Manager doesn't allow you to uninstall, you can only disable it which doesn't delete any of the files.
