Simulated Air Defenses?

The Nevada map is supposed to house a bunch of simulated air defenses. Are these in the map now? If so, where, and how do you use them?

I followed the instructions and installed into the 2.5 Open Beta/mods/tech folder but when I load any of the missions I get this message in the ME: "Need modules for load mission: 476 vFG Range Targets by Noodle & Stuka".

 

Can I have missed some step somewhere?

No, I had mixed it up and put it in the game's ../Mods/tech folder. Thanks!
