Tacview issues with DCS 2.5

So I reinstalled Tacview to the newest version 1.7.0 and it is working on 1.5 release. However, the icon isn't even showing up on the main menu in 2.5. I'm almost certain I copied the files over perfectly to the right folders in the openbeta folder. The few pieces of evidence I was able to find were in the log txt, which read as follows:

I'm not 100% on what this is trying to tell me. If you guys have any ideas I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

I too have tacview 1.7 and before the update had the icon in the main menu, now I do not.

 

I'm sure its something simple, probably something in our save files but with so many files and folders for dcs, I don't what to mess around and screw up my install.
