Flight member follows leader to new frequency

Currently flight members are only reachable on the frequency defined in the mission. This creates commonly a situation where the player wants to change radio frequency for another purpose but will lose the ability to receive and transmit to flight member(s).

 

Instead please have flight members transmit and receive on the frequency equal to the player's frequency at all times.
