DCS 2.5 Freezes

Hi,

 

I believe same issue as has been reported by others. Sim freezes, often following looking around quickly with Track IR. Sounds still plays, but video is frozen. I typically fly a10c, so has all been in this airframe. Issue is across multiple missions.

 

Windows 10 professional, 64 bit. i7-8700k not overclocked, 32GB Ram, 1080ti.

 

I have the latest patch and the latest Nvidia drivers. Clean install on a new machine.

 

Running a monitor with Gsync turned on.

 

I've attached the log file - I don't see anything of note, but don't really know what to look for.

you use only one Monitor ?

do your know your FOV at these freeze moments ?

 

default should be around 80

i ask because these freezes appears at high FOVs

 

that would be a new aspect ...

I use two monitors, but have the game in full screen on one and use the other monitor for Team Speak, simple radio etc.

 

My guess is this would eliminate high FOV as an issue?
