freeze on first start

not sure if this is the right category, but I have developed a strange freeze on the menu whenever a new instance of dcs 2.5 starts.

itl start up ok, but then you still have mouse control, but its like the game has froze for around 20-30 seconds, you cant click on a menu item (no blue highlight), if you do manage to click quickly on one it will still freeze on whatever you have clicked for around same time.

loading the module you want has also got very slow again, all since last update.

tried again a repair, and all meta folders deleted, still same.

game plays fine after this

Thats the usual part when it build up the shaders. Working correctly I believe. Even loading takes some minute more ...
