Stuck in mission 2

I arrive at the objetive and receive a message to hover the building. I start hovering it and nothing happens. I've been hovering it for about 15 minutes.

 

I'm playing it on 2.5

 

Edit: Nevermind, I was hovering on the wrong place.

I hovered over the builging close to the cordon but never got the message... I gave up!

 

Where did you hover to make the vehicle to show up?

Don't give up ;)..

 

The first todo is to Hover more in front of the building... The second hovering is over the buildung... If needed I add the link to the YT video where I flow the mission in dcs2.5.
