Properly setting up Extreme 3d Pro?

What are the reccomended curvature and deadzone settings for the 3d pro(I know personal preferences mean that not everyones is the same, just looking for a general sense of what to do)? I mainly fly the F-15C and A-10A. I've especially been having trouble aiming the GAU-8 in the '10A. And in the F-15C, it's too easy to pull excessive aoa, leading to energy loss. And while I am here, I might as well ask about the T16000m and CH FighterStick, since I'm going to get one of them soon. What would be ideal settings for those.
