Question on hot starts

True you should have requested permission to start up before starting , but you land in a ruuning ac. Is there a trigger if the pilot skips startup request even though the ac is running once they go to the next item where you call for hover check or after a time limit for a message saying ac type in ac Parking spot x this is ground you fail to request startup permission so please shut down and follow your check list throughly , thank you.?
