New mission and base for hueys

I’m wishing to build a new base for hueys and havent the clue. Would some one create a text pdf with illustrations showing how. Here’s the things I’m looking for.

 

A ops building, several tents for the barracks a tent for the mess hall and a hanger for maintenance. About 8-12 of the helicopter landing pads made from tracks. Windsock in the middle of the pads so all can see then some other items like fueling tanks maybe a fork lift or tug for pulling the helos to mx. More items better. Also a security check point at the compound and another at the security perimeter with items to prevent the other side from walking in.

 

If I have to I’ll pay for a mod if the document goes step by step and uses every function and option of the mission editor and they create the base to my specs on any map they desire. I’m just wanting the pdf, but need the miz file to figure it out and see How it should work.
