I know, I should be crucified for the title alone but i'm going to ask it anyway since i'm not able to use a joystick:

Will the flight controls for the upcoming Hornet be keyboard friendly? What I mean by that is if I pitch the aircraft up or down, will it keep going up or down even if i let go of the key? AFAIK FC3 aircraft, A-10C and MIG-21 have this feature but the M-2000C does not have this (anymore) which forces me to either make a 7g turn or no turn at all.

So my wish is to keep it the flight controls like ED usually does, unless that's not realistic of course :)

You could map the trim to the arrow keys on the mirage and use the autopilot, it should be pretty smooth.

A steam or old 360 controller is pretty affortable and can handle pretty much anything and it can fit in any bag without getting damaged. Dont play with keyboard only dude
