New privacy and authorization changes

With these new privacy and authorization changes, I have a few questions...

 

If we delete our accounts based on these new privacy changes,what happends to our modules? Are they still ours and therefore transferable to a new account if we decide to create one down the road?does deleting our account forfeit our owership of our purchases??

 

and with this new activation protocol...if we don't like or agree with it and since it came into being AFTER we purchased our modules...are we entiled to refunds?

 

I ask this for the simple reason that with these new engine changes ,activation changes as well as other things, I find I'm not able to use the modules that I purchased before the changes were introduced.I'm being forced to look at doing expensive upgrades that I don't want to do,nor am I happy about some of these new policies that are being put into effect after I made my investments into this tittle. I wish to see some light shed on these issues.If I am able to get my investments back ,I can then possibly look into upgrades and then buy back modules in the future. At least this is my thinking on the matter.I would like to know exactly where we stand with all this new stuff we have to deal with.I guess in anutshell I am inquiring just what rights and legalities we have with a changing EULA POST PURCHURSE, as it seems ED has moved the bar if you will.Things are not the same as when I agreed at the time I made the purchases...nor where the requirements to run the software.Who do we refer these matters to? and how?
