Imus Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 It is probably something stupid that I am doing, but when I configure any switches to a function, and something as simple as Flaps Up and Down, those switches do not work on the X52. I can set things like Thrust OK and it works. (all my settings on the A10C plane work)..... Something else, keyboard bindings (I have never changed them) don't work as well - Example "G" for gear does not retrack the gear, but if I use the mouse on the actual cockpit switch (left and right click), I can raise/lower the gear, and the same for the flaps.......... Any help would be appreciated.... I am sure it is me...........
fitness88 Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 Starting from a clean Saitek key board mapping, note the in game keys being used for up and down for gear. Map to your STS, save and close the STS.
jaxx_za Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 Here is my profile for the hornet, if you'd like to give it a try. (Note that this is a lua file to be loaded directly in DCS, and not in the Saitek SST SW) https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=210359 Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk
Imus Posted June 2, 2018 Author Posted June 2, 2018 I have decided to wipe the machine clean of all of the OpenBeta and start from scratch. I still have the DCS World 2.5 installed and the X52 works great with the A10C aircraft...... So, I just think I will give it a clean start.... I will look into all your suggestions once my clean install of OpenBeta takes place...... Than you.
Imus Posted June 3, 2018 Author Posted June 3, 2018 I downloaded and re-installed and still had problems....... I had all my basic x52 and rudder pedals bound for the basic stuff...... Still had problems - Then, all of a sudden, everything started working.......... I have NO idea what I did, or what changed, but it seems good now.......
