I am not sure if anyone knows that you are not able to fuel them on the ground via the rearm/refuel option either. I was just testing and confirmed this. I was only able to get more fuel by completely removing the tanks, and reinstalling them again. Once I defueled the aircraft to its internal tanks, I could not get more fuel in the tanks while they were installed. This has been the case since 2.5 launch, and has been reported at the same time the A/A refuelling problem arised. It is also on ED's side: nothing RAZBAM can do about it. Having external tanks filled for the Hornet works just fine, but I heard from others as well that it indeed still doesn't seem to work for other modules.
