F/A-18C LoGetMechInfo() Canopy value

Not a biggy but nice if it would work properly and probably a quick fix:

 

The LoGetMechInfo() used in export.lua returns only 1 for the canopy status when the canopy is opening. Once it's fully opened the value for the canopy returns to 0. It's a status so it probably ought to be and stay 1 when opened like on other AC.
