Turnip Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 Any suggestions on settings for the F-18? I have it setup correctly but the view keeps snapping to the rear all the time.
SacredRaziel Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 Do you use track clip pro or the basecap thingy? You might wanna check your background for possible ir sources or reflecting surfaces. That should help with the snapping. Or try to attach your clip better so the dots don't overlap.... kinda in a hurry rn. Pm me if that didn't help Gesendet von meinem SM-G935F mit Tapatalk
Turnip Posted June 5, 2018 Author Posted June 5, 2018 Thanks SR. My first thought was that it was seeing the window light. I have the blinds closed so I selected the CAMERA VIEW in the TIR software. I noticed some red dots below the three white ones. Took me about 2 seconds to realize it was my Walmart reading glasses. LOL I'm still not as stable as I would like it so I'm dinking around with the deadzones on each axis in DCS.

Bit obvious suggestion but set it up so it's properly sensitive and you don't have to angle the TC Pro away too far from the camera :) I also have never messed with TrackIR settings/axis in DCS itself, but used the TIR software itself for all my initial mappings/adjustments.
