Step-by-Step Guide for HELIOS

I always read about Capt. Zeen's HELIOS Profiles and to my unknowledged eyes it seems to be a kind of a (clickable?) cockpit export to a second device (another monitor or an external pad?). What I'm searching for is an export of the MFD's but when I'm looking at Capt. Zeen's HELIOS profiles they seem to give me more that I want (which is way more then I wanted but also very lovely and very useful to me :thumbup:)

 

Could someone please point me to a Step-by-Step Guide how I can install Helios, where I can get it, what devices I need to export the data, how those devices have to be configured and what I have to configure in DCS besides Capt Zeens amazing looking HELIOS profiles.
