[HELP] Texture location/bort numbers

Hi, been working on an aéronavale livery, but I have a couple problems :

 

1 : where on the template is the canopy frame/ antenna ?

 

2 : I don't understand the description lua, more specifically how to only have the registration show and be fully customisable.
