2.5 Beta terrain lock up

I updated my install today and now I can't use the Nevada Test Range. I just get a small DCS screen and when I hit the Windows key it looks like DCS is trying to verify the key but nothing happens.

 

So far I've repaired the install twice, verified my licenses are good and tried running the updater again.

 

So far I've tried Instant Action in the F/A-18 and the A-10 with the same result. I'll add a note for what the locking load screen says if needed.
