Maybe I've missed it, but I can't see how to adjust the brightness of the HUD, which is so faint at times, I can hardly see it.

Is there a way to do this?

In the real aircraft, yes, using LJUS SI knob.

In game - no, it's not simulated.

You're right and thanks.

Unfortunately, at maximum brightness, I can still hardly see the markings. Any way to change the colour?

Also, I can't see the whole HUD as there are are bits missing, it's like there is a circle of vision which changes with the joystick movement, but I'll start another thread on that.

I'm affraid that, when you start your viggen, than the HUD brightness is at his maximum.

You can lower the brigthness for night mission but, yes, sometimes the HUD is not clearly visible.

Yes you can :

You're right, somehow I though it didn't work, maybe it was added some time after I tried it. The brightness could use some tuning though, so it's not a choice between faint, dim or barely visible.

This is crazy! What is the point of having a HUD that you can't read?

Surely someone must know how to edit the labels file to change colour to a darker green.
