I've been trying to enjoy a mission in the SU27 but have not been able to. I'm not sure how much is my fault or the games.

After firing a missile or two, the plane rolls hard to the right, even after weapons are replenished, have to use AP too much, even then the plane leans hard to one side on AP.

The track is still wrong. I remember this being a problem years ago.

In quick mission, I set time to 19:00, just as I start mission it changes to 23:00, it does this every time?

IR stops working in game, seems very random, have to restart.

I'm using Steam version 2.5. Are there any fixes for these issues?

Rolling to the side after firing a missile is normal, it's because one side becomes lighter than the other. I've never had it happen after replenishing weapons as you described. Have you checked your trim? You should reset your trim after replenishing your weapons. Also, if it's perfectly trimmed and you roll it a bit, it will try a bit to roll back on it's own to return to level flight, that's also normal.

I've also never had IR stop working, make sure you move the antenna up and down a little bit until you find the target, because it seems to have a small FOV on the vertical.

Can't comment on the other items though, I don't remember using them...

.... and less drag on that wing.

Cheers!

I understand about one side being lighter after firing, that's why I mentioned the replenishment. I have tried resetting trim and autopilot then turning on level flight mode, but it seems that once it's broke that's it.

I've just tested it here and after replenishing weapons the aircraft stoped rolling to the side (I'm using the latest Open Beta version 2.5.2.18736).

Another thing that you might want to check is your rudder input. Rudder not centered will cause aircraft to roll. I have a Thrustmaster TFRP and it's so light that sometimes I hold it depressed a little bit to the side without realizing it, causing the plane to roll without me understanding why. Many times I have to press Ctrl+Enter(display axes current positions) to check if my rudder input is centered.
