Hi,

I have this idea I would like opinions on. I have a Cougar HOTAS not being used and thinking about taking the Warthog right throttle grip/head off and replace it with the Cougar throttle grip/head. I haven't read anywhere that this has been done. From a mechanical point of view it is not that difficult. From a software/wiring POV, I am not sure. I would lose some functionality of the Cougar switches and would need to trace functions to the Warthog base's board.

Any idea's, recommendations, or thoughts on doing this? The 'why do it' is because I like the Cougar grip but don't want to lose the buttons/switches on the Warthog base. I don't like the pots much at all. The Hall Effect sensor shouldn't be affected.
